Welcome to WJOL Politics. It is our goal for this section of the website to keep you informed of your political choices as we move toward the 2008 primaries and the Presidental Election.
Currently, there are 2 major political parties and (at least) 3 minor ones. In order of age, they are as follows:
Now that you know what political parties exist and approximately where you stand politically, it's time to look at the major candidates running in the Presidential Election Primaries. For simplicity, we include only the candidates whose parties have ballot access in all 50 states but you are free to further investigate the candidates of parties who do not meet this criteria. Theonly wasted vote is one for a candidate you don't truly believe in.
